Today, I'm gonna borrow sam marine garden blogspot to post a different gardening issue rather than tropical orchids.
This is what I've been gardening lately,....planted some vegetable i.e: romaine lettuce, pak choy, osaka kale, etc.
However, there's this slight problem (well, pest/bacterium problem to be precise). My Osaka Kale was doing great until this lesion on the leaves emerge. The lesions symptom seems to be the same as of the citrus canker disease lesions which is caused by the bacterium Xanthomonas axonopodis.
Don't want to misdiagnose the problem, I welcome all suggestions and comments that will eventually lead to the treatment and curing this kale leave problem. Kindly place a comment on this post or emailo me at sam_marine2005@yahoo.com
Here are some pics,

Kafir Lime leaves (lesions are the same as Osaka Kale), did some searching and found out to be Canker disease (a common disease in citrus plants caused by the bacterium Xanthomonas axonopodis). |
